Greetings Andros Karperos Families, Students, and Community Members,
 
It is a true honor to serve as your principal for the 2026–2027 school year. While this marks my ninth year as an administrator at Andros Karperos, it is my first year leading our school community as your principal. I am thrilled to step into this role and eager to continue supporting our students as they learn, achieve, and grow into confident, capable individuals.
 
To our returning families, welcome back! To those joining our school for the first time, a very warm welcome to the Wolfpack. We are looking forward to an incredible year filled with memorable events, cherished traditions, and deep academic growth.

Hello Wolf Pack!

I’m Mr. Hays, and I’m excited to introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal at Andros Karperos! I can’t wait to meet all of our students, families, and staff and become part of the amazing Wolf Pack community. Before joining Andros Karperos, I taught Social Science and Business at King City High School. I also had the opportunity to coach the boys’ and girls’ golf teams and volunteer as an assistant coach for the girls’ basketball team. When I’m not at school, you’ll usually find me golfing, playing basketball, or out hiking. This summer, my mom, my girlfriend, and I took an incredible road trip through Montana, where we explored Yellowstone and Glacier National Park (pictured above). I’m truly looking forward to supporting our students, working alongside our incredible staff, and partnering with our families to make this a fantastic school year. Thank you for such a warm welcome and I can’t wait to get started! Go Wolves!

Hello!

I'm Matt Kearns, Assistant Principal at Andros Karperos School. Outside of school, I love staying active through hiking, backpacking, fishing, and playing sports. My goal is to foster an environment where students genuinely want to be, because that is where real learning and growth happen. I'm thrilled to start another school year and can't wait to see our Wolfpack!
